• The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on certain products such as opened intimate wellness devices or hygiene products. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.

How to Request a Refund

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, you can request a refund by following these steps:

• Step 4: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), you will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Some products are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety regulations. These include:

• Opened wellness devices or personal hygiene products.
• Any items that are damaged or not in original condition due to improper handling.
